See An Example of A Property Line Cutback Through Tree Branch Trimming

Last week we were out on a call on Indian River Drive in Cocoa for a job that entailed trimming and cutting branches from large trees that were overwhelming the home’s pool and shed, and various other areas of the property. The home owner decided it was time to clean things up so he gave us a call.

We thought it would be a good idea to post some information of the process with some before and after pictures of the job after the tree branches were cut and removed.

Property line cutback to maintain the property line

Bucket truck ready for tree trimmingWhen trees and/or their branches end up growing past the property line it can get messy and it could become dangerous for the home or your family during storms.

Once things have gone too far, the only real solution is to have professionals come out and strategically trim and cut branches that are causing the issues.

This is what we were called out for regarding this job and below are some shots of the job we did and a video showing our team at Tree Tech Pros in action.

You can watch the video of the job below:

As you’ll be able to see by the pictures below there were quite a few areas where the trees and brush had grown too close onto the properly line, and the branches hung over areas of the backyard:

What to look out for around your property

If you see that your tree or bush branches are growing into places they shouldn’t be, it’s time for a trim; branches hanging over pools, over decks, over sheds, over sunroofs, across your roof, too close to home windows or doors, or handing ominously over driveways, you may have a potential issue to deal with and it simply doesn’t look good.

If you have any questions feel free to give us a call or get a quick quote on our services. We’d be more than happy to help you with your tree and landscaping needs.
